10.3.17   Public Notice: A sixty (60) day public notice is hereby given in accordance with ORS 222.297-314 known as the SDC Act. The Troutdale City Council is scheduled to adopt a resolution adjusting SDC’s for transportation, water, wastewater and stormwater at their December 12, 2017 Council meeting. The methodology study provides a framework for the imposition of system development charges by governmental units. The City is required to make available the methodology study 60 days prior to the Council considering the issue. The link below will allow you to view the methodology study. A paper copy is available to review at City Hall and the Public Works Shop.
